Try movements rooted in an Eastern approach to improving bone health. QiGong practice has been linked to increased mobility, relief from joint pain & arthritis, and improved bone density.
The low-impact movements of QiGong combine are appropriate for adults of all ages and levels of fitness.
This seminar will be presented by Master Teacher Megan Cullerton, who has over 40 years of martial arts experience. The lesson open to all at no cost.
