Have you always wanted to try Tai Chi? Are you looking for a new practice to improve your physical and mental health? Come by our Grand Re-Opening to learn why Tai Chi and QiGong have been practiced for centuries as tools for developing the body and mind.

We are currently enrolling new students in our introductory programs!
There will be introductory Tai Chi & QiGong lessons every half hour starting at 10:30!
Instructors will be available to talk with you about how the internal martial art styles of QiGong, Tai Chi and Bagua can help you address your fitness and wellness goals!
The event will be held outdoors with your safety in mind!
