We at Human Harmonies are thrilled to have been able to teach Tai Chi, QiGong and Bagua to the Chelmsford and surrounding communities since 2019. We are celebrating our 4 year anniversary with an introductory QiGong lesson, followed by demonstrations and refreshments.

This lesson is open to all, regardless of previous QiGong experience. We welcome newcomers and current practitioners. QiGong combines meditative movements with a focus on breathing to stretch and strengthen the body. Results of QiGong practice include increased flexibility and strength, improvements to circulation and bone density, and more peace of mind.
